In-take Health Assessment & Testing
Dalewood makes it easy and convenient for you to begin your journey toward a healthier Life.
Our Premium Weight Loss Program includes an initial *at-home visit to help get you started quickly and comfortably.
At-home health services are provided by licensed, insured, Health Care Professionals.
During our visit, we will gather comprehensive, non-invasive information about you and your body that will be used to prepare a customized health and weight loss program specifically designed for the way your body will respond best to losing weight.
Protocols include:

Comprehensive Health Assessment, including medication and medical history.

Genetic Gene Test (Saliva sample taken)

Fitness Evaluation (Custom Exercise Prescriptions will be provided)

Metabolic Rate Test (RMR)
Appointments last up to 1 hour and there’s no extra cost for at-home services.
At-home health services are just as effective as the care you get in our clinic, and are more comfortable and convenient with evening and weekend appointments available.

*At-home services are provided by special appointment only for patients unable to attend at an In-take Centre. Qualified candidates must reside within 75 kilometers of an In-Take Centre. Please consult our In-take Centre directory for a clinic near you.
