Becoming a Subscribing User

In order to access our Service on our Site you must first complete certain steps to become a subscribing use. During these steps, you may be required to provide us with information (including Personally Identifiable Information) such as name, postal code and email address, general food preferences, health conditions, and coaching preferences and, if you subscribe to one of our programs, payment and billing information. It is optional for you to provide, but providing as much information as possible is encouraged so we can provide a more personalized experience.

Forms in our Service

Once you become a subscribing user you may be asked to complete a more detailed health profile outlining your health and medical history, food preferences, allergies and intolerances, lifestyle, etc. In addition, Registered Dietitians are required to keep chart notes of every consultation in accordance with their practice regulations. These chart notes are secure, confidential, and will not be shared unless requested by the user.

When you use the Site or Service, we may send one or more cookies – small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your computer or mobile devise. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your Internet browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your Internet browser and may be used by your Internet browser on subsequent visits to our Site or Service. Persistent cookies can be removed. Affiliates
